2g Matcha

20ml Room-temp Water

40ml Hot water

Sift 2g of matcha in a Chawan. Gently, use the Chashaku to help push the matcha through the sifter.

Add 20ml of room temperature water and dissolve it into a paste.

Pour 40ml of hot water.

With your Chasen, move the whisk in a zig-zag pattern to create froth. At this point, there should be a nice froth created on top.

Pour your matcha into your favourite drinking vessel.

Aokomi's Matcha Latte

4g House Blend Matcha

20ml Room-temp Water

30ml Hot water

150ml Fresh milk or Plant-based alternative

steps

Sift 4g of matcha in a Chawan. Gently, use the Chashaku to help push the matcha through the sifter.

Add 20ml of room temperature water and dissolve it into a paste.

Pour 30ml of hot water.

With your Chasen, move the whisk in a zig-zag pattern to create froth. At this point, there should be a nice froth created on top.

Iced

Fill cup with ice.

Add the desired amount of milk over ice.

Pour matcha into your favourite drinking vessel.

Enjoy!

Pour matcha into your favourite drinking vessel.

Heat milk using a pot or froth with steam ward if have one.

Pour frothed or warm milk over matcha. Enjoy!
