We focus on freshness, quality, and consistentcy. All our matcha is stone-milled with Japanese Ishi-Usu under a temperature and humidity controlled environment. This allow us to provide exceptional quality, unique flavours while preseving the highest nutrient benefits of matcha. We believe the milling part is as important as the farming.

When sourcing our matcha and for brews, each of them is thought thorough and addressed to a wide range of flavours. From light refreshing to deep & earthy to sweet & creamy to umami, the endless possibilities continues.
Like coffee or wine, Tencha also differs by "Producing Area", "Cultivar", "Harvesting" and "Processing". Each has its unique taste and distintive flavour notes. At Aokomi, you will tasate the difference between our rare selection.
