The one and only matcha stone millery in Hong Kong. Milling with Ishi usu is a traditional method of turning tencha into matcha. At Aokomi we practice this in delivering the freshest matcha.

Flavour-centric. From blends to single cultivar matcha, we got you covered. Flavous also changes slightly in sync with the nature, knwowing that matcha comes from a living plant.

Our matcha undergoes Honzu and Ooishita cultivation to accumulate Umami. Both are highly sustainable, prioritize minimal intervention and preserves traditional practices.
