Brew Guide for the Vue Brew
Here are a few easy ways to enjoy delicious beverages using your Aokomi Vue Brew.

Perfect Sencha (or Green Tea)
Dose: 5g
Water: 160ml
Steeping time: First brew: 45-60 seconds, Second brew: 30-40seconds.
Water temp: 80°C (176°F)
Equipment:
Aokomi Vue Brewer (transparent filter)
Digital scale
Kettle
Brewing:
Attach the transparent filter.
Add Sencha to the brewer.
Pour in water.
Cover and steep 45-60 seconds.
*For the second brew, steep for 30-40 seconds.
Pour and enjoy!
Water temperatures and Steeping times for tea infusions vary widely.
Enjoy the evolving flavor profile that each brew creates!
Cold Brew Tencha
Dose: 8g
Water: 180ml
Steeping time: 6-8 hours in fridge
Water temp: Room Temperature
Sweetness: Honey is our favourite (optional)
Equipment:
Aokomi Vue Brewer (transparent filter)
Brewing:
Attach the transparent filter.
Add tea leaves to the brewer.
Pour in water and secure the cover.
Sit the fridge for 6-8 hours.
Serve chilled with or without ice. Add optional sweetness if desire.
*Pour into another container and store it in the fridge for up to 4 days,
if you do not plan to drink it immediately.

Matcha Latte
Dose: 3g matcha (1.5 teaspoon)
Room Temp. Water: 20ml
Hot Water: 20ml of 80°C (176°F)
Milk: 100ml
Ice (optional)
Equipment:
Aokomi Vue Brewer (no filter)
Tea Sifter
Chashaku / a Teaspoon
Chasen
Digital Scale and Kettle.
Whisking:
Sift matcha into the brewer.
Add room temperature water and whisk into a thin paste.
Add hot water and whisk until smooth.
Combine with warm or cold milk.
Observe how the creamy white and vibrant green hues create a captivating swirl.
Immersion Coffee
Dose: 12g (medium to coarse grind)
Water: 160-180ml
Steeping time: 4:00min
Water temp: 90-94°C
Equipment:
Aokomi Vue Brewer (stainless steel filter)
a spoon
Digital scale and Kettle
Brewing:
Attach the stainless steel filter.
Add coffee grounds.
Slowly pour hot water over the grounds.
Steep for 4:00min without the cover.
Break the crust and skim the foam off the top with a spoon.
Put the cover on, pour and enjoy.
Adjust the steeping time (between 3:30 mins and 4:30 mins) and grind size to find your ideal flavour.
