The one and only matcha stone millery in Hong Kong. Milling with Ishi usu is a traditional method of turning tencha into matcha. At Aokomi we practice this in delivering the freshest matcha.

Beyond Sustainable & Organic

Our matcha undergoes Honzu and Ooishita cultivation to accumulate umami. Both are highly sustainable, prioritize minimal intervention and preserves traditional practices.
