Shipping policy
We currently ship only within Hong Kong!
Right now we process orders on weekdays and allow 1-5 business days for delivery with SF Express.
Door–to-door delivery within Hong Kong (excluding Lamma Island, Cheung Chau, Peng Chau and restricted districts).
Delivery schedule

Orders will be prepared and picked up by courier within 1 to 2 working days.
- All orders will be delivered between 1-5 business days.
- Orders received on a public holiday will be processed on the following working day.
Delivery fee (SF Express - Air-conditioning Delivery only for matcha products)
- FREE delivery for orders over HKD $680 (exclude delivery fee).
- $60 fee for orders below HKD $680.
Order Tracking:
Once your order is picked up by courier, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order through the carrier's website.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
We do not accept returns. lost or damaged products are not our responsibility once they have been picked up or delivered. Please contact the courier for any issues.
Changes & Cancellations:
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@aokomi.co. Once the order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
Weather Advisory
If the T8 signal or above is hoisted, deliveries will be delayed if the Black Rain signal is in effect.
If, for any instance, Aokomi is closed or taking a break, deliveries will resume as usual on the next working business day.
International order
We currently do not offer shipping outside of Hong Kong.
